Event Filming

Filming your event is a great way to capture the atmosphere and reaction of your guests, whilst crystallising one-off performances, speakers and key messages forever. Perfect for archiving and sharing with a wider audience.

You’ve likely invested a great deal of time and money into your event and an event film is a great way to maximise its value. Capturing your one-off event on film is the only way to truly archive it, meaning that it can be reviewed at a later date and shared with anyone in the world. We can capture your event in its entirety, or condense it into bite sized, easily digested chunks for archiving or distribution purposes.

Events can take on many forms, and so can event videos. Whether you’re hosting a corporate event with speakers and slide-show presentations, or a music festival with live bands and rowdy audiences, Aglow Films are experts in capturing the atmosphere, key moments and messages. We’ve shot events for global brands, like Bols of Amsterdam, as well as global bands like The Happy Mondays! Whatever your event, we can cater for your video needs.

Multi-Camera Filming

Utilising multiple cameras is the best way to create a seamless, polished and professional film, ensuring that key moments are captured from multiple angles. This also helps to give a greater sense of space and the event environment. It may not always be necessary or possible to use multiple cameras however. In any case, we will devise the best filming package for your needs, based on your specific event, requirements and budget.

Live Screening

For larger events, live screening is essential for reaching the entire audience, allowing you to cater for a larger crowd. Broadcasting your speakers or performers live on giant screens throughout your event space is also a great way to intensify the experience for the audience, enabling them to get closer to the action and focus on key details. We can provide live editing too, allowing us to jump between multiple camera angles on the fly, which ensures that your audience gets the best angle possible.

Live Streaming

Since Facebook introduced Facebook Live, its live streaming platform, live streaming is set to become the latest must-have video trend for big businesses. Although Facebook have concentrated their promotional efforts on the individual user, Facebook Live presents great opportunities for businesses too, enabling them to connect with their followers in more intimate and immediate ways. For events, live streaming is a great way to reach a global audience and share the excitement of your event with those that couldn’t be there in person.
